Thus, it promotes their development with the company in order to achieve good results and everyone’s satisfaction, especially. By highlighting the importance of each individual’s life, campaigns and exams are performed throughout the year with the purpose of advising collaborators about the importance of prevention. The subject is reinforced through medical control for occupational health, health prevention programs, special lectures and follow-up.
